Breakfast and Dinner were served everyday and you do NOT want to miss them. I'm a large guy and I thought I wouldn't get full, I was wrong. The Ryokan is immaculate and the grounds are spectacular. We had planned to spend a day in Kyoto but we spend so much time wandering around the shrines, shops, cafes, and coffee houses we never made it into the city. This place was perfect. I can't recommend it enough! "
